This is why Ravenel uses C3 - Complete Control for Communities for software management. C3 is the most complete, comprehensive community association management software package available.

Specifically designed to meet the challenging requirements of association management, C3 provides the essential interface to the effectiveness of managers, assistant managers, bookkeepers, accountants and independent auditors.

Windows based C3 enhances user interface, making navigation simple. C3 was developed in conjunction with one of the largest and most well-respected management firms in the country.

By identifying the needs of each diverse community, including self-managed groups, we make all managers, assistant managers, bookkeepers, accountants, independent auditors and association staff available to ATG for information and testing.

Computer Software

In 2008, we began researching different software packages in order to provide our owners with the most updated information available. At the annual Community Association Institute (CAI) trade show, we were introduced to C3 (Complete Control for Communities) which is by far the best software available for association management companies. We visited a large management company in Virginia to determine if this was indeed what we should choose and, upon interviewing employees and staff that had used the product for over 12 years, we were convinced that this would be a great fit.
