Formerly Vice President of Real Estate Sales for the Kiawah Island Company, Hal Ravenel has more than thirty years of real estate sales and administration experience. Mr. Ravenel is Managing Director and former owner of Ravenel Associates, Inc.. In his ten years with the Kiawah Island Company, Mr. Ravenel was responsible for sales management and legal administration. During that time the company sold approximately $275 million of real estate.

Prior to joining the Kiawah Island Company, Ravenel was employed by The Sea Pines Company as the project coordinator for the predevelopment studies for Isle of Palms Beach and Racquet Club, now Wild Dunes.

A native of Charleston, Jules Deas has been in the real estate brokerage and development business for over 25 years. Prior to joining Ravenel Associates, he was with Wild Dunes and Laurel Properties, LLC. He is a graduate of The Citadel.
